WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING IN YOUR BODY

THE 0500 RAGE PROTOCOL (BEFORE PT)
The protocol has three phases. Phase One happens the night before. Phase Two happens when the alarm goes off. Phase Three happens during PT.
1. The Night Before (Set the Stage)
You cannot control how you wake up. You can control how you go to sleep.
The night-before checklist:
- One hour before bed: No screens. No news. No social media. The blue light keeps your brain awake. The content keeps your nervous system alert.

- State aloud: "I am angry. The anger is not in control; I am in control.
